Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads from provided lists or CRM systems
- Clearly communicate the value of our products/services
- Build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for senior sales staff when necessary
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using our CRM
- Follow scripts and sales processes while being able to adapt based on customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
