Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, IAG Architect
Responsibilities:
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of access governance principles, SAP Cloud security, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on expertise in security SAP IAG, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP
• Experience: Typically, Expertise SAP security, and in IAG architecture/administration.
• In depth knowledge of designing, integrating, and governing SAP Cloud IAG solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide access governance frameworks using SAP IAG. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into robust security and compliance solutions.
• Design and manage end-to-end processes for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management within SAP Cloud environments.
• Hands on experience on SAP GRC migration to IAG.
• Experience in Integration & Solution Alignment of SAP IAG with SAP Cloud and on-premise applications; ensure compatibility with broader enterprise IAM tools.
• Experience in Development and optimization of role-based access control (RBAC) models, role hierarchies, and SoD conflict management procedures.
• Experience in Compliance, Risk & Audit to establish and monitor regulatory compliance controls; perform frequent audits.
• Develop and deliver advanced training for technical, administrative, and end-user audiences providing high-level support and guidance to users and administrators regarding SAP IAG capabilities.
• Documentation & Reporting to produce and maintain technical design documents, configurations, and governance reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field; SAP security/ GRC certifications preferred.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive architectural decision-making.
• Innovation: Up-to-date with latest trends and emerging best practices in identity management and cloud security.
• SAP S/4 HANA (v1610 and 1709/1809/1909) and Fiori Certification is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

• The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
• Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
