- Customer Engagement & Sales:Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selection, ultimately closing sales and achieving targets.
- Product Knowledge:Provide accurate and detailed information on jewelry pieces, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship to assist customers effectively.
- Customer Service:Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Showroom Presentation:Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing showroom, including attractive merchandise displays.
- Inventory & Transactions:Conduct stock checks, manage inventory, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Relationship Building:Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Market Awareness:Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and market conditions to provide relevant advice and recommendations.
