Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to promote products and services effectively.
- Utilise Salesforce software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Skills
- Proficiency in both English is highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in telemarketing or similar roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and followed up on promptly.
