Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to help the company achieve its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
l Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
l Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
l Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
l Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
l Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Marketing Duties:
l Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
l Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
l Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
l Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
l Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (1–3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
