We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Approach potential customers to present and promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
