Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales goals and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM software.
Work with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
