Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales coordinator and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
