Key Responsibilities:
- Network Expansion: Identifying and onboarding potential agents, partners, or advisors to grow the sales channel.
- Training & Support: Providing resources and guidance to agents to help them meet sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales Performance: Monitoring and driving sales performance within the agency network.
- Account Management: Managing existing agency relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Revenue Generation: Contribute to revenue goals through new business acquisition and existing account management.
- Market Analysis: Understanding the market landscape, competition, and industry trends to develop effective sales strategies.
