Responsibilities -
1.Contact previous customers to re-establish relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
2.Understand customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
3.Sales Conversion
4.Convert customer inquiries into sales by effectively presenting service benefits.
5.Overcome objections and address customer concerns to close deals.
6. Achieve sales through consistent follow-up and persistence.
7. Data Management and Reporting
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.
9.Manage customer information and sales pipeline.
Skills Needed -
1. Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam with strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Sales Skills:
a. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
b. Passion for sales with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and resolve issues.
4. Personal Attributes:
a. Patience and calmness in managing client interactions and handling objections.
b. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
