We’re seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance, project-based basis. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually stunning content that aligns with our brand vision.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging posters for marketing campaigns and events (3–5 per week).
- Edit and produce short promotional videos (1–2 per week, 30–60 seconds each).
- Develop motion graphics and 3D animations for digital ads and social media.
- Enhance photos for use in online and print media using Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and refine designs based on feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects: Expertise in photo editing and digital artistry.
- 3D Animation: Ability to create immersive, eye-catching visuals.
- Motion Graphics: Strong storytelling through dynamic visuals.
- Typography: Skill in crafting visually powerful text designs.
- AI-Powered Tools: Experience with AI tools for image and video generation.
- Creative Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to innovate and adapt designs to project needs.
- Communication: Strong skills to collaborate effectively with remote and in-person teams.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Blender, Figma, Canva, or Cinema 4D.
Requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing recent projects (videos and images) demonstrating creative range and technical expertise.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback to elevate project outcomes.
- Reliable internet and access to necessary design software for remote work (if applicable).
Additional Details:
- Contract Length: Project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration (no fixed 24-month term).
- Workload: Estimated 10–20 hours per week, depending on project needs.
- Compensation: Paid per project or hourly, with clear agreements outlined before each assignment. Payments are processed reliably via bank transfer within 1 days of project completion.
