About the Role
We are looking for a smart and proactive Sales Coordinator who is confident in communication and skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by handling customer communication, sample coordination, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with customers and understand their product needs
Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of samples
Follow up on sample feedback and assist in converting them to orders
Maintain sales records and communication logs using Excel/Word
Support the sales team with daily tasks and follow-through
Provide excellent customer service over phone/email/WhatsApp
Requirements:
Good spoken and written English is essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in sales coordination or customer support is preferred
Friendly, well-organized, and confident while talking to customers
Residing in or willing to travel to Dhayri, Pune
