About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Project Architect with extensive real estate project experience to join a prestigious listed company with diversified interests across Real Estate, Financial Services, and Credit & Investment.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on project experience, strong design execution capabilities, and a track record of delivering large-scale developments in developer-side roles.
You will lead the architectural vision and process from concept to GFC, manage end-to-end project design delivery, coordinating with consultants and ensuring delivery excellence across high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and detail coordination across project lifecycle
- Ensure GFC drawings are accurate and issued as per project schedules
- Collaborate with internal & external consultants – Structural, MEP, Liaising, Interiors, etc.
- Regularly visit sites to resolve on-ground queries and ensure design compliance
- Maintain adherence to local DCR, MOEF/HRC requirements where applicable
- Guide junior architects, ensuring adherence to company standards and innovation goals
- Stay updated with new materials, sustainability practices, and tools.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Architect in a real estate developer firm
- Hands-on working experience on Revit for minimum 2–3 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s building codes, approvals, and construction practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
- Registered Architect (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
