We are looking for a female Back Office Executive to join our office in Bowbazar. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day back-office operations, data entry, documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping in a systematic manner.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and office files.
Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Support the accounts, HR, and operations team with backend tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate / Higher Secondary qualified (B.Com preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
