We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in all operational, administrative, and coordination activities. The Sales Coordinator will ensure smooth execution of sales processes, maintain accurate records, and enable the field sales team to focus on client relationships and closures.

Coordinate daily sales activities and support sales team members with their operational requirements

Update and maintain CRM systems or sales tracking sheets accurately and on time

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (leads, visits, bookings, conversions, collections)

Follow up with sales team members for pending tasks (lead entries, documentation, client follow-ups)

Coordinate with other departments (CRM, accounts, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure timely flow of information and smooth handovers

Maintain and organize all sales documentation, agreements, and client files

Schedule and confirm client meetings and site visits

Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications

Track and report on sales team KPIs and pending milestones
- Serve as a point of contact for internal queries related to sales processes
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

1–3 years of experience in a similar sales support, coordination, or administration role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively follow up on tasks
