- Lead Generation: Use cold calling, email campaigns, WhatsApp, software tools, and data searching for new lead generation.
- Product Knowledge/Demo: Understand the features and benefits of our offerings to explain them clearly to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics like call volume, lead conversion, and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow-Ups: Follow up with potential and existing customers to close deals and resolve queries.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth operations and a better customer experience.
