Location: Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital is seeking a Supervisor to manage and oversee our housekeeping, drivers, and security staff to ensure smooth, safe, and hygienic operations of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping, drivers, and guards.
- Maintain hospital cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and attendance.
- Ensure proper functioning of transportation services and security arrangements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance or training.
- Report to hospital administration on operational matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,731.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
