- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and pending client communications.
- Maintain customer database and ensure records are up to date.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and assist with demand forecasting.
