We are a reputed tea company committed to delivering premium quality products across regional and national markets. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the field sales team to track orders, client requirements, and inventory.
- Maintain and update customer databases, order records, and sales reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales activities, promotions, and market visits.
- Act as a communication link between the sales team, distributors, and internal departments.
- Travel to different locations to support sales activities, meet clients, and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Help resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 - 9 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FMCG or tea/beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
