Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online tender portals including GeM, Railway, eProcurement, and Mahatender.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain and update tender documents and records.
- Follow up with customers and departments for updates, clarifications, and documentation.
- Generate sales quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Assist in sales reporting, order tracking, and customer communication.
- Manage correspondence (verbal and written) in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in GeM, Railways, eProcurement portals, and Mahatender.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong follow-up skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with accuracy.
