Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Caller who can speak Kannada and English fluently to connect with PU students and their parents in Bangalore. You will play a key role in pitching our programs, scheduling demo sessions, and supporting the pre-sales and conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to PU students and/or parents
- Clearly explain the benefits of our online coding programs
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions
- Follow up with leads to drive enrolment
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM
- Assist with basic queries and pre-sales activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Kannada and English (both spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in telesales, student counselling, or ed-tech preferred
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
- Own smartphone/laptop and reliable internet connection
