Job Summary
- We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience in selling commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Hindi to handle client communications across regions and should have a proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Promote and sell commercial kitchen machines to B2B clients such as hotels, restaurants, and food processing units.
- - Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- - Conduct product demos, explain features, and provide after-sales support.
- - Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business.
- - Travel locally for client visits, demos, and installations (if required).
- - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM or Excel.
Requirements:
- - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the commercial kitchen machines or related equipment industry.
- - Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken and written).
- - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- - Ability to understand technical product features and explain them to customers.
- - Basic computer knowledge and comfort using MS Excel or CRM tools.
- - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
