Position: Sales and client Coordinator
Experience: 3–4 years

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday are off )
Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Identify and generate leads through exhibitions, export databases, business networks, and online sources.
- Handle client queries promptly and guide them in finalizing products as per their requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients.
2. Quotation & Sample Coordination
- Prepare and share quotations for approved product requirements.
- Initiate R&D for product samples and coordinate approvals with clients.
- Follow up on commercial orders after product sample approval.
3. Order Processing & Documentation
- Prepare and send Proforma Invoices for R&D costs and commercial orders.
- Generate Production Orders (PRO) and share with relevant departments.
- Maintain live tracker sheets for PRO status and daily updates.
- Coordinate with RA team for artwork approvals and NABL reports (for international clients).
4. Production & Delivery Tracking
- Provide clients with regular updates on sampling, production, and delivery status.
- Verify dispatch orders against PROs before shipment.
- Coordinate with factory teams for timely dispatches and share LR, commercial invoices, and other documents with clients.
5. Post-Delivery Support & Payment Follow-up
- Address product-related queries post-delivery and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients as per agreed terms.
- Maintain expense records for export deliveries.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
