Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and provide information about our training programs.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in telecalling, customer service, or a related role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- A friendly and persuasive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
