Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic RPO Recruiter to support our clients’ end-to-end hiring needs as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while working closely with client stakeholders to deliver top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
- Source candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews.
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide weekly reports and updates to both internal and client teams.
- Stay updated on market trends and talent strategies in the client's industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or staffing environment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple functions or industries.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with high-volume recruitment or specialized hiring (IT, healthcare, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
