Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Banking Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of recruiting for roles such as commercial bankers, underwriters, loan officers, financial analysts, compliance professionals, and risk analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various banking and financial services positions.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational culture.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal database, and referrals to identify top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and pipeline status using ATS/CRM tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements related to hiring in the banking sector.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on the banking/financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of roles in retail banking, commercial banking, and financial operations.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, particularly in identifying passive candidates.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance and background check standards in the banking industry.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for regional banks, credit unions, or large financial institutions.
- Prior experience in an agency or high-volume recruiting environment.

Pay: ₹30,412.64 - ₹80,000.00 per month
