Rigless Supervisor (WS Coordinator)

10 + years in Oil and Gas industry. Relevance of experience will be judged in the interview. Based on personal excellence, the experience criteria can be relaxed. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science or diploma in engineering

• Good experience of managing logistics for onshore locations constraints with simultaneous operation of fracturing, coiled tubing, well testing and wireline operations
• Experience in regular Hydraulic Fracturing, Coiled Tubing operations, Well test operations and ELine / Slick line activities is preferable. Support would be made available for difficult, non-regular and fishing jobs optimization and well services.
• Experience of Frac operations including deeper wells fracturing
• Experience of pumping Acids and any other stimulation chemicals in the formation.
• Experience in Well Intervention and well testing operations.
• Expertise in any one of the operations – say either a CT / Frac / Wireline / SWT / Workover
• Valid IWCF Certification (Supervisor Level – IV)
• Skilled in Well Engineering software’s and computer reporting (like EDM, Open Well, Excel etc.)
• Proven personnel management skills & excellent command of the English Language • Strong leadership and people management skills with a good awareness of cultur
al sensitivities. Previous Experience with E&P Operators of supervising similar Operations is preferable.
