Set up and prepare heavy steel structures, beams, and plates for lifting.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Rigger in fabrication or heavy engineering.
Knowledge of different rigging techniques (single-point, double-point, choke hitch, basket hitch, etc.).
Ability to work with crane operators and signal using standard hand signs.
Physically fit to handle heavy work.
Direct crane operators during lifting and placement of materials in fabrication bays.
Secure loads properly using appropriate rigging equipment.
Assist fabrication teams in assembling large structures.
Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company SOPs.
Report any defective rigging equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Working Conditions 8-hour shifts + overtime as per company policy. Work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
