Almas Hospital Kottakkal is a NABH-accredited, multi-specialty healthcare institution committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our dynamic team and provide advanced care in the diagnosis and management of rheumatic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with autoimmune disorders, musculoskeletal diseases, and other rheumatologic conditions.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRI scans, and laboratory results relevant to rheumatology.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Collaborate with other specialists, physiotherapists, and nursing staff for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital and legal requirements.
- Participate in patient education, awareness programs, and preventive health initiatives.
- Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and stay updated on current developments in rheumatology.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- DM/DNB in Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology (preferred).
- Valid registration with State Medical Council/NMC.
- Proven clinical experience in diagnosing and treating rheumatologic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient safety.
