Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales and a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the store
- Handle billing and cash register operations
- Manage stock levels and report inventory needs
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer complaints as per company policy
- Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Benefits:
