Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technology and excellent interpersonal skills to drive in-store sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting the right smartphone or accessory.
- Demonstrate features, specifications, and benefits of various mobile phones.
- Maintain updated knowledge of mobile phone models, offers, and service plans.
- Upsell mobile accessories, insurance plans, and value-added services.
- Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the store display is well-organized, clean, and stocked.
- Handle billing, product exchange, and basic customer queries.
- Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales service when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass or graduate preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years for entry-level positions.
- Experience in mobile, electronics, or telecom sales is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of mobile devices and customer needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
