Senior Sales Executive for Interior Industry
Job description
We are Manufacturers of Luxury Furniture & Interior Material. We are looking for a Male/ Female “Senior Sales Executive” in Hyderabad, Telangana with the following requirements:
Roles and Responsibilities
- On Field sales activities to achieve targets
- Work closely with internal teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support in achieving company objectives
- Develop opportunities through effective communication with clients & Architects understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, customer interaction and closing deals.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, Architects & Interior designer, contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- High-End Furniture Knowledge
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the interior designing, furniture, or related industry.
- Previous experience working with architects and builders is highly desirable.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers & Architects & Interior Designer
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales effectively and profitably.
- Represent brand of the company to promote the Luxury product range and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors
Key Qualifications
- Experience:
o Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within building materials, interiors, Furniture, plywood, or related industries.
- Knowledge & Skills:
o Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the construction or interior design sectors.
o Strong understanding of South market, including key players and customer preferences in the industry
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency
o Familiarity Microsoft Office
o Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Personal Traits:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
o Ability to work independently
