Job Summary
As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments on outstanding accounts.
Duties
1. Monitor and track outstanding debts to ensure timely collection.
2. Contact customers via phone calls, emails to follow up on overdue payments.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
4. Prepare and submit collection reports to management.
5. Maintain data in Tally software.
Skills
- Proficiency in Tally software
- Communication Skill
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of debits and credits in accounting
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
