- Guest Relations:Greets guests, manages their seating, takes orders, and ensures they have a positive dining experience.
- Service Management:Oversees the flow of service, trains and supervises waitstaff, and resolves any guest issues promptly.
- Operations:Manages the dining room, coordinates with the kitchen, and ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Sales and Upselling:Promotes menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase revenue.
- Team Leadership:Motivates, trains, and evaluates the service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Reporting:Prepares reports on dining room activities, guest feedback, and staff performance.
Additional Duties:
- Inventory Management: Monitors and orders supplies, ensuring adequate stock of all necessary items.
- Quality Control: Maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
- Problem-Solving: Addresses and resolves guest complaints and issues effectively
