Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the service team on food service techniques, etiquette, and guest handling
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment
- Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery
- Take orders, handle POS systems, and assist staff during busy hours or manpower shortages
- Monitor and report any issues to the management immediately for resolution
- Maintain accurate billing and table management using POS systems
- Upsell food and drinks to improve average order value
- Actively collect guest feedback and reviews
- Take initiative to improve restaurant sales and show measurable results
- Be honest, punctual, and professional at all times

- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
