Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Teach foundational literacy and numeracy through play-based methods
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and social interaction
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Observe and assess students’ progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student behavior and progress
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and teacher meetings
- Support children's emotional and social growth with patience and care
