Talent Sourcing
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
- Help build and maintain talent pipelines.
Job Posting and Advertisement
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Ensure job listings are accurate and aligned with hiring needs.
Screening and Shortlisting
- Conduct initial resume screenings.
- Assist in shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Send interview confirmations and follow-ups.
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a good candidate experience.
Database Management
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure accurate records of interviews, feedback, and hiring status.
Support in Onboarding
- Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Coordinate documentation and orientation activities.
Market Research
- Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Reporting and Metrics
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
- Analyze hiring metrics to support improvements in recruitment strategies.
Administrative Support
- Support recruiters and HR managers with various administrative tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
