Receptionist in hospital

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments using hospital management software
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
• Maintain patient records and update information in the system
• Assist patients with forms, insurance, and general queries
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
