Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, IDS).
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
