Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis using instruments
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical analysis of materials and products.
- Review and approve test results; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) results and ensure CAPA implementation.
- Maintain GLP (Good Lab Practices) and ensure all instruments are calibrated and maintained.
- Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), COAs, and protocols.
- Train and mentor junior chemists and interns.
- Coordinate with production for sampling and process validation requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, documentation, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing QC lab
- Proficient in handling analytical instruments and documentation
- Knowledge of ISO, EHS
