We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Customer Care Executive to manage our front desk and ensure exceptional service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling both reception duties and customer queries across various channels (phone, email, in-person).
Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor badges.
Customer Care Duties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in customer service or administration is a plus.
