Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and ensure a professional reception experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and office logs.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling courier services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, events, and client visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in store/office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and ability to multitask.
