We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a “Receptionist”. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The receptionist will also play an essential role in handling phone calls, managing office supplies, coordinating pantry requirements, and overseeing office boys to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest and Visitor Management: - Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Direct visitors to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members. - Maintain a log of visitors and issue visitor badges where necessary.
2. Phone and Email Management: - Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner. - Take accurate messages and forward them to the appropriate person. - Respond to general inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
3. Office and Supplies Management: - Keep track of office supplies inventory and inform relevant personnel when reordering is needed. - Manage and maintain the pantry, ensuring that necessary supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, snacks) are stocked and available. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of office supplies and pantry items.
4. Office Boys and Facility Management: - Supervise and coordinate tasks assigned to office boys (e.g., office cleaning, tea/coffee preparation, handling deliveries). - Ensure that the office premises remain clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work environment.
5. Administrative Support: - Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff and management. - Maintain register for inwards and outward mails. - Co-ordinate with the courier agency for timely pick-up and delivery of couriers or registered posts - Prepare a list and distribute office documents, including faxes, mail, and packages. - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Miscellaneous Tasks: - Ensure that the reception & office area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times. - Handle any other tasks or special requests as directed by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
