Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant within the Centralized Transaction Operations, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel, and organize meetings. You will ensure seamless administrative support for the Executive Director, enhancing operational efficiency. Your proactive approach will contribute to the success of our global team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive calendars across time zones.
- Handle business travel arrangements and expenses.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and events.
- Book rooms and manage telepresence arrangements.
- Assist in preparing documents and minutes.
- Coordinate various meetings with Business Management.
- Process invoices and oversee administrative procedures.
- Provide ad hoc/holiday cover as needed.
- Collaborate with the administrative team for coverage.
- Suggest improvements to administrative processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and tact in all situations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
