- Greeting customers: Greet customers at the front desk and check them in
- Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments for customers
- Answering phones: Answer phones and transfer calls
- Managing customer records: Keep records of each client
- Handling payments: Process payments
- Maintaining inventory: Track equipment and supplies, place orders, and restock the spa
- Providing information: Provide information about spa services and products
- Handling customer complaints: Solve minor guest complaints and refer more complicated situations to superiors
- Administrative tasks: Open and distribute mail, file, enter data, prepare letters and documents
- Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area clean and care for office furniture, plants, and periodicals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
