Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and create a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain pantry requirements and ensure smooth office upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and collect quotations.
- Assist in basic administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements:
- Attractive and well-presentable personality.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
