We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Telecaller & Receptionist to join our team at GURUJEE. The role involves managing student communication, handling phone enquiries, maintaining data records, and supporting administrative and accounts-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to inform students/parents about class details, schedules, and updates.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student/parent enquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update student details in the database.
- Follow up with enquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Support in data management, record keeping, and report preparation.
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with the academic team.
- Provide basic support for accounts-related tasks (fee updates, receipts, and records).
- Greet and guide visitors/parents at the reception in a courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel/Email handling).
- Prior experience in telecalling/reception/education sector will be preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle students/parents with patience and professionalism.
