Position: Receptionist (Female)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate department/person.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and welcoming.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Assist HR and Admin teams in coordination of office activities and logistics.
- Support visitors and employees with travel arrangements, courier handling, and other office-related requirements.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company security and compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Female candidate with a pleasing personality.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
