We are currently expanding our training team and seeking a passionate and experienced Reasoning, Aptitude, and Gaming Skills Trainer to join us on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom training sessions in Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Analytical Thinking.
Develop engaging content and practice modules tailored for campus placement preparation.
Use gamified learning approaches and strategy-based problem-solving to make sessions interactive.
Prepare students for corporate aptitude tests, competitive exams, and logical assessment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conducting aptitude and reasoning training.
Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and puzzle-solving methods.
Familiarity with campus recruitment patterns and corporate assessment formats.
Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
Passionate about mentoring and skill-building.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience with campus recruitment training, CAT/GRE/SSC preparation, or similar.
Knowledge of gamified teaching tools and experiential learning techniques (a plus).
