- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in aptitude/reasoning training for placements, competitive exams. or corporate assessments.
- Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem solving.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with interactive teaching methods.
- Familiarity with placement test patterns of MNCs, PSU exams, and competitive tests(e.g., CAT, BANK PO, GATE)
